Kernel's hosted browsers, with fast cold starts and an optional stealth mode.
Kernel runs browsers in the cloud. Each read opens one session, renders the page and releases it.
- Billed by session time, rounded up to one minute.
- Refuses a session that could pass your
max_cost_usd. - Your key travels only in the connection URL, never in errors.
Set up
Section titled “Set up”Set FRANKENSURF_KERNEL_API_KEY. Default rate $0.10/hour; set yours with FRANKENSURF_KERNEL_USD_PER_HOUR.
Use it
Section titled “Use it”Once its key is set, it joins any read that allows paid tools. To use it on its own:
